Trump's budget puts local public health, medical research and jobs at risk

That's particularly worrisome in a state like Ohio, which has among the lowest public health spending per capita in the country, according to a 2015 report from Trust for America's Health, a non-profit health policy organization. Ohio's $14.59 per capita public health budget, less than half of the national median, ranks the state 42nd in this measure.
