Report: N.J. only 60% prepared for health emergency

New Jersey is only 60 percent prepared for a public health emergency, according to a national report released Tuesday.
The state achieved six of 10 "indicators of public health emergency preparedness," in the seventh annual report by the Trust for America's Health, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
