Kids get moving: Events promote active, healthy lifestyles for youths

According to a recent report by Trust for America's Health, a national non-profit disease prevention group, Tennessee has the nation's fourth-highest rate of overweight kids after Washington, West Virginia and Kentucky. About 20 percent of the Volunteer State's children ages 10 to 17 are overweight. In an age of video games, the Internet and hundreds of television channels to keep children entertained but sedentary, Memphis N Motion was designed to show children how to get some exercise inside or outside.
