Indiana still not fully prepared for health crises

More than five years after the 2001 terrorist attacks and anthrax mailings heightened America's sense of vulnerability, the nation is still inadequately prepared to cope with widespread health and medical emergencies, according to a report released yesterday.
The report — by the
Trust for America's Health, a nonprofit, nonpartisan public health advocacy group based in Washington, D.C. — said Indiana is unprepared in four of the 10 categories analyzed.
