LETTER: Prevention vital in combating teen addiction

A 2015 report jointly authored by the national health policy organization Trust for America’s Health and George Washington University rates New Jersey as one of only two states nationwide to score a perfect 10 out of 10 for having laws reducing teen substance and alcohol abuse. However, our state also has the sixth-highest teen overdose rate.
