MOST STATES GET BIG FAT ‘F’ ON OBESITY — Not a single state managed to bring down its obesity rate last year, according to a report from Trust for America’s Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. In six rates, the obesity rate got bigger.  “Obesity rates among baby boomers are among the most concerning, the groups said, because of the implications for the quality of life for millions of aging Americans and the ultimate cost increases to Medicare,” reports POLITICO’s Helena Bottemiller Evich. “Boomers have the highest obesity rates of any age group, topping 35 percent in 17 states and 30 percent in 41 states, according to the report.” The article:
