It's time to "Get Fit Tennessee."

According to data collected from the nonprofit Trust for America's Health, Tennessee ranks sixth for highest rate of obesity in children, with a staggering 20.6 percent of youth ages 10 to 17 being classified as obese.

"Sadly, I feel these numbers rather accurately reflect what I've seen locally," said Dr. Libby Long with Rutherford County's Tennessee Pediatrics.
