AZ ranked low in emergency health preparedness

The report was released by the Trust for America's Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. State health officials in Arizona questioned the indicators and called the report flawed. For one thing, the state gets antivirals from the federal government for free, so there's no need to purchase them, they said.
