Obesity contributes to high health care costs in state

Oklahoma has the sixth-highest rate of adult obesity in the nation, according to a report by the Robert Wood Foundation and the Trust for America's Health. About 29.5 percent of Oklahomans are obese, and the rate of obese adults increased in the state for the third year in a row.
