More neighborhood supermarkets could help Ohio fight obesity

Ohio's adults moved up to 10th fattest in the U.S. in a new national report ranking the chunkiest states.
The report, issued Wednesday by the Trust for America's Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, calls on local, state and federal lawmakers to include obesity treatment and prevention in health-care reform plans.
"America's obesity problem has reached national health crisis proportions," said Jeff Levi, executive director of the Trust for America's Health.
