Study lauds state's disease watch system, but faults vaccine supply

The recession threatens progress in Colorado and other states in combating disease outbreaks and bioterrorism, according to a national study released Tuesday.
The report from the nonprofit Trust for America's Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation gave Colorado high marks for its disease surveillance system and laws reducing the legal liability of emergency volunteers.
