Preparedness report ranks Iowa at bottom

Iowa continues to trail most other states in preparing for bioterrorism or pandemic flu, a national watchdog group said Tuesday. Trust for America's Health said Iowa is tied with five other states - Arkansas, Mississippi, Nevada, Wisconsin and Wyoming - for the lowest score on its public-health emergency report card. This is the third year in a row that Iowa has ranked at the bottom.
