The Congressional Budget Office released its analysis of the impact of the Supreme Court decision and repeal of the Affordable Care Act, respectively here and here. On the Court’s decision, the result would be a net reduction of $84 billion over 10 years, reflective of the significant reductions in additional Medicaid enrollment. On full repeal, CBO estimated that the net increase in the deficit would be $109 billion.
